MoCo CAP Career Coaches help students explore post-graduation options—college, vocational training, apprenticeships, military service, or direct entry into the workforce. Our Industry Engagement Team builds the bridge between these students and local employers, creating a win–win: students gain experience, and businesses develop a strong talent pipeline.
