MoCo CAP Industry Champions are employers and professionals across key industries—from healthcare and biotech to IT, skilled trades, hospitality, and beyond—who partner with us to inspire the next generation. By sharing expertise and showing up for students, Industry Champions build career pathways and connect classrooms with the real-world economy.
Every employer contributes to shaping students’ perceptions of industries—perceptions that are forming early and may be based more on myth than reality. Your bold, honest storytelling helps students see what’s possible.

How It Works
Industry Champions engage through:
- Hosting workplace tours or field trips
- Speaking in classrooms or at career shows
- Mentoring students in exploration and goal-setting
- Offering job-shadowing, internships, or other hands-on experiences
Participation can be live or virtual—and may take as little as 30 minutes
Recognition & Using the Seal
