Whether you have a youth-driven mission or not, everyone needs to cultivate and foster their future talent pipeline. Tell your compelling industry story and value proposition early and often! The messages influencing kids are numerous and come from all directions. Impressions about industries are being formed at very early ages and are often lacking in factual representation.
