Using RIASEC as a common language, MoCo CAP works with Montgomery County Public Schools’ students to understand their individual strengths, interests, and values as they explore their career options after graduation. Developed in the late 1950s, the RIASEC model helps people figure out personal passions and preferences, while also outlining the style of work needed for jobs and tasks.
The resource library brings a wide range of local professionals into the classroom to share their experience with students by speaking about their role, personal career path, and industry.
