“A high-quality curriculum and instructional materials coupled with a highly-skilled professional educator workforce and more resources and timely interventions and support for students will ensure that the vast majority of students are on track to be college and career ready (CCR) by the end of 10th grade."

Student Growth

Our goal is that students develop the skills to manage their own careers over their lifetime. Some of these outcomes include students:


  • Identifying their strengths, interests, values (SIV)
  • Identifying how they are growing and improving their skills
  • Identifying a range of options available to them
  • Describing their goals and priorities for their future
  • Identifying and participating in a Post CCR pathway prior to high school graduation that allows them to get a jump start on their career goals
