Learn how YOU can join us as we create career-curious communities and transform the way students get ready for post secondary success! MoCo CAP is Montgomery County’s program to address part of the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future College and Career Readiness pillar by working with the nearly 90,000 MCPS students in grades 6 through 12 to be better prepared to enter the workforce and/or start college after graduation.
A community of practice is a group of people sharing a common concern, a set of problems, or an interest in a topic, and who come together to fulfill both individual and group goals.
Our community of practice for career readiness is developing over time and as our knowledge, experiences, and practices grow:
WSM is exploring a number of ways to support this community of practice based on feedback from the “users” of these resources (teachers, career advisors, business partners, students, families, and other groups).
